Zephyr Health Plus is committed to helping clients maintain their dignity and independence by offering a variety of personal care services. These services include medication reminders, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and activities of daily living such as washing or showering, clothing, getting in and out of bed /chair, walking, using the restroom, and eating. We develop individualized service plans that address client needs and required support services. Based on the client's health needs, Zephyr Health Plus may combine personal care with other services, such as dementia care.

Zephyr Health Plus provides “basic” housekeeping and meal preparation services to seniors who require some extra assistance around the house. Our services include help with laundry, dusting, and cleaning, as well as the preparation of meals that fit any dietary restrictions imposed by clients' healthcare doctors.

Many aging adults face isolation and loneliness. This is especially true for those who’ve lost a spouse or who don’t have family close by. 

Zephyr Health Plus strives to build meaningful connections with its clientele. Seniors can have companion visits on a timetable that is most convenient for them. During these visits, elders can spend time outdoors, playing cards, solving puzzles, or participating in meaningful conversation.

 At Zephyr Health Plus, our professionals and trained caregivers focus on providing person-centered dementia care to seniors suffering from Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other kinds of dementia. We offer individualized care services, such as, daily routines, meal preparation, positive reinforcement, social skills support, and transportation to appointments and family visits. Our caregivers take the time to learn about each client's life history, highlighting who they were before dementia, assuring a compassionate and tailored approach to care.

Zephyr Health Plus provides safe transportation to and from its clients' destinations. Clients may use this service when they need assistance with activities such as grocery shopping or picking up a prescription, or when they simply want to spend the day shopping or visiting with friends. Predetermined drop-off and pick-up times can be established, or Zephyr Health Plus can accompany aging persons on errands while providing support and care throughout.
